Philadelphia !

I couldn’t start talking about our day trip in Philadelphia without this song uhuh
So we went to Philadelphia on Saturday morning with the bus; we left at 6am which wasn’t easy ahaha When we arrived, the weather was just incredible: sunny and super warm! We first went to the Rocky Steps of course and on our way there we saw the last finishers of the Philadelphia Half Marathon. The stairs itself has nothing incredible but thinking about the movie and being there like « yeah I’m Rocky » was fantastic! Then, while looking for the LOVE sculpture, we walked through a lovely Christmas Market. When we finally found the sculpture, we understood why we didn’t see it at first: it’s tiny! We also saw the Liberty Bell and a protest against Trump. We walked a lot through the streets, also without looking for something in particular, which was nice. We went to the Italian Market, where there were more chinese and latino people than italians ahaha But it was cool to see all that food outside and stuff. And finally, the best part, we went eating dinner in an amazing italian restaurant! I had wonderful penne alla vodka that made me suuuper happy!
When it was time to go back to the bus, the weather had totally changed. We arrived in summer, but we left in winter. In fact, it was SNOWING! That was totally crazy :O
So, even though we walked 26,000 steps, this day was absolutely wonderful! Can’t wait to go back ❤

Je pouvais pas commencer à parler de notre journée à Philadelphia sans cette chanson uhuh
Donc, samedi on est allées à Philadelphia en bus ; on est parties à 6h, c’était pas évident ahah Quand on est arrivées, la météo était incroyable : ensoleillé et y faisait super chaud ! On a bien sûr commencé par aller voir les marches de Rocky et sur le chemin, on a vu les derniers coureurs du semi marathon. Les escaliers en eux-mêmes ont rien d’extraordinaire mais quand on pense au film et qu’on est là genre « ouais, je suis Rocky » c’était troooop cool ! Ensuite, pendant qu’on cherchait la LOVE sculpture, on a traversé un marché de Noël tout chou. Quand on a enfin trouvé la sculpture, on a compris pourquoi on l’avait pas vue du premier coup : elle est toute petite ! On a aussi vu la Liberty Bell et une manif contre Trump. On s’est aussi promenées dans la rue, sans but particulier, c’était chouette. On est allées à l’Italian Market, où il y a plus de chinois et de latinos que d’italiens ahahah Mais c’était cool de voir toute cette nourriture sur les étalages et tout. Et enfin, le meilleur moment, on est allées souper dans un super resto italien ! J’ai mangé des penne alla vodka et j’étais troooop heureuse ahaha
Quand c’était l’heure de retourner au bus, la météo avait totalement changé. Si on était arrivées en été, on est reparties en hiver. Pourquoi je dis ça ? Parce qu’il NEIGEAIT ! C’était complètement fou :O
Enfin bref, même si on a beaucoup trop marché (26’000 pas !), c’était une journée absolument géniale ! Trop hâte d’y retourner ❤
