Last Sunday, we took a boat from Georgetown to Alexandria and it was a beutiful day ! We could see the monuments from the river during the sunny afternoon and during the sunset. First, when we arrived, we visited a kind of art gallery. More than a hundred artists have their studio there, they create and sell their artworks. Then, we spent the afternoon walking through Alexandria, eating ice cream and tacos.

Dimanche dernier, on a fait un petit tour en bateau. On est parties de Georgetown jusqu’à Alexandria, c’était magnifique ! On a pu voir les monuments depuis la rivière pendant l’après-midi ensoleillé et pendant le couché de soleil. Quand on est arrivées à Alexandria, on est allées dans une sorte de galerie d’art. Plus de cents artistes ont leur studio là et du coup, il peuvent créer et vendre leur oeuvres dans leur petit boxe. Ensuite, on a passé l’après-midi à marcher dans Alexandria en mangeant de la glace et des tacos.
